The restaurant was closed when i got there. I had pre-ordered the food and the shop wasn’t even open, no one was there and we waited an extra ten minutes in case. Extremely disappointed as i really liked the food last time. I would like a refund please because i never got the food.

Ordered a number of times now. We have two young children and hope to sit down to a meal soon.

Good food and lots of it.

We ordered in advance to collect in half an hour and our food wasn’t even started. Long wait. Very unorganised. Cooking to order rather than having things ready like a normal fish bar. Poor girl taking orders looked abandoned and they needed more chefs. Food was 7/10.

First time ordered online. Staff friendly and professional; would certainly order again and also “sit-in” at some point. Poached cod was perfect (only focussed on this, as it’s the first time we ordered poached fish from any fish and chip restaurant), and that was done perfectly.
